Non-amendable

To give you the best rates, all bookings are non-amendable. If you wish to make changes to a booking, you will need to cancel the existing booking and make a new one.

Canceling your hotel

Most hotel bookings can be canceled online. We'll guide you through the process step-by-step.

Refundable bookings are refunded if canceled in time. Check the itinerary for the hotel's specific policy.

Nonrefundable bookings: Nonrefundable bookings are strictly nonrefundable. Waivers are generally not accepted except in cases of force majeure.

How to cancel

Go to My Trips. Select "Cancel Booking" in Manage Booking. If unable to cancel online, contact us. Hotel fees may apply.

How it works

We'll explain the refund process clearly so you know what to expect:

  • Cancellations must be made according to the terms specified at the time of booking.
  • Up to 24 hours for processing.
  • Bank or payment service takes up to 14 business days to post the credit.
  • Refund issued to original payment method.
  • We'll email you refund details.

Third-party charges: Contact the third party for refunds.

Deposits and partial payments: Refunded minus fees.

Cancellation fees: MigoRewards balance used first, then credit card.

Check-in and Check-out

Check-in

Ready to start your vacation? You're almost there!

Check-in time: Please arrive anytime within the check-in window listed on your itinerary or booking page.

What to bring: Don't forget your government-issued ID.

Early or late check-in: Want to arrive early or after midnight? Give your hotel a heads up.

No-shows: Be aware that the hotel might charge you if you don't show up.

Overbookings: We do our best to avoid overbookings, but it does happen. If the hotel is overbooked and cannot accommodate your booking, we will do our best to find another place to stay that is just as good or better without any extra cost. In the event that you don’t want any of the options provided, we will cancel the booking free of charge irrespective of the existing cancellation policy.

Special requests: All special requests must be included at the time of booking and are subject to hotel availability and cannot be guaranteed.

Early check-out: Need to leave early? Contact us if you've already paid or the hotel if you're paying on-site.

Paying for your hotel

Pay in full when you book using your preferred payment method. Some taxes might be payable at the hotel depending on the hotel and jurisdiction.

Book now, pay later

Some hotels let you pay later at check-in. Check with your hotel for accepted payment methods.

Chargebacks

We ask that customers contact our support team to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback. We are committed to addressing and resolving concerns to avoid the need for a chargeback.

Need to know:

  • Credit card payments guarantee your reservation.
  • Check your spending limits before making large payments.
  • Your booking confirmation shows the estimated amount due for "book now, pay later" options.
